After your intake paperwork is complete, we will check your insurance benefits and match you with a clinician for your child's initial evaluation. We are in-network with: Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Connecticare, UHC. We bill out-of-network with other providers and do NOT accept Husky.

All of our intake paperwork is completed on our secure patient portal. This is your family's hub for appointment reminders, invoicing, and payments.
